Nicola’s in-depth knowledge of the industry coupled with a passion for client experience and delivering excellence, her expertise ensures that the work undertaken by Primeira Classe is always delivered to the highest quality and exceeds our client’s expectations.
Nicola has worked her entire career within the healthcare industry, having started out at her local GP surgery, moving onto dental and for the last 10 years working with sterilisation and becoming head of customer services, logistics and warehouse.
Nicola’s drive for continuous learning, problem solving and her ability for listening, communicating and connecting with clients and industry experts keeps her current on any developments or regulatory changes and challenges facing our clients.
When unplugged, Nicki is a mother of two boys, fun-loving, fajita eating, countryside walking, craft making, wine tasting, creative thinker and avid traveller.
Rafael’s expert experience across different industries coupled with a keen passion for problem solving, keeps him motivated to drive innovative principles such as manufacturing improvements, process and cost efficiency along with waste reduction throughout each project he undertakes.
Having been brought up in Brazil, Rafael moved to the UK as a teenager with his parents in 1998 and completed an engineering degree at the University of Wolverhampton in 2005. For the last 6 years he has been working with sterilisation and developed an in-depth knowledge of product manufacturing, operations and processes from inception to distribution.

A self-confessed control freak, Rafael believes that best results come from having a clear understanding of the manufacturing process and developing a collaborative approach between all parties involved to deliver a project for a true end-to-end solution.
In his spare time Rafa is a doting father to two boys, enjoys Italian food, a light beer admirer, keen runner, extreme sports follower, football lover supporting his team Wolves and F1 Grand Prix wannabe racer.
